Lily Photos

Life has been very busy since Lily was born. We moved back into our house. We are very excited to have so much space now. We still have a lot of work to do to get things organized and clean. Diana has moved into her new room. We are still in the process of decorating it and hopefully painting it. Our old bathroom is still being worked on. We will post pictures of the house soon.

Lily is a pretty chill baby. She is doing most of her sleeping during the day and up every few hours at night. Diana has definitely been more needy, but she seems to be enjoying Lily. She gets excited to see her and is very careful when she touches her.

Lily Frances Harris-Campf joins the family

Lily Frances Harris-Campf was born on Wednesday afternoon at 5:38 pm. She was 7lbs, 11oz and 20" long. Courtney's labor was much shorter than with Diana--we were only in the hospital for about 4 hours before Lily was born. Courtney did a great job, and mother and daughter are doing fine.

Diana had been sick all week and had stayed home from school with a fever. She wasn't able to come to the hospital on Wednesday, but came by briefly on Thursday to meet her sister. We were able to do FaceTime with Diana on Wednesday, so she saw a video image of Lily. Thanks, Steve Jobs.

We left the hospital on Friday at 12pm. We went to West Seattle to stay with Sean's parents. Our house is very close to being done, but it's still not quite ready for an infant. We have been very lucky to have help from many family members. Pretty much everyone from both of our families have helped out so far and it's made a huge difference.

Here are a few of the pictures we've taken so far. We have a lot more to post, and we'll do that in the coming days.

House and baby update

The due date for Swimmy's entry into the world was yesterday, but no signs yet. We'll try and keep everyone posted.

The house is going well. The cabinets are in and the floor is getting installed. It's still at least a week from being done, but they are making progress.
