Pizza and Ice Cream

On Tuesday we went to Dinner at Tutta Bella and had ice cream at Molly Moon.  Rachelle, Danielle, and Dorothy joined us.  Diana had a wonderful time.

The last week

The last week has been fairly low key.  Here are some of the highlights:
We had dinner in West Seattle last Sunday.
Sean left for the Berkeley debate tournament on Friday.
Aunt Rachelle hung out with us Friday and Saturday.
Diana and I went to the park on Sunday.  She had a great time swinging and watching all the kids play.  She was particularly interested in three little girls.  She also took interest in the high school boys playing baseball.
Sean came back today!!
We went to Greenlake for lunch and had a nice surprise when we saw Rachelle and her friends Dorothy and Danielle.  Diana had fun watching all the dogs and other babies.  She enjoyed lunch, to no one's surprise.  She ate cheese panini, banana bread, and tried soup (Pesto Minestrone) for the first time.    Yum!  Aunt Marianne met us for a short walk around the lake.

Some additional updates: Diana has transitioned from formula to milk in the past couple of weeks.  She was doing a mix for about a week, especially when she was getting over being sick. She's now drinking whole milk.  Yay organic cows!  She's also making progress on the crawling and walking fronts.  She's moving into a crawling position from sitting fairly regularly.  She's also using her push wagon to walk around the living room.

Diana's Back!

After three weeks of Diana being sick, fussy, and just not herself, she's back!  Diana has been a happy girl, smiling, laughing, playing, and eating.  Yeah!  It was a rough three weeks.

Yeah!

Diana has been practicing using a spoon.

Diana enjoys the little red wagon that Aunt Rachelle gave her for her birthday.

Diana is still a bit tentative, taking each step carefully.

Diana loves the remotes.
