Two Months

Today Diana went to her two month check up.  She is doing great!  She weighs 9 pounds 12 ounces and is 22.5 inches long.  She is in the 25th percentile for weight and 50th percentile for height.

This weekend we went to the Sculpture Park and walked along the water.

Diana is 8 Weeks Old

It's been a while since we posted.
Diana has been busy growing, smiling, and not sleeping much.  She still seems to sleep better anywhere but her crib.  She's only sleeping a few hours at most at anytime.  She has started growing out of some of her newborn clothes.  This week she started wearing pants for the first time.  They are still a little big.

8 Weeks Old!

Diana has been looking at herself in the mirror.  Today she smiled at herself.

Diana enjoys the Baby Bjorn.  This is another place she enjoys sleeping.

Diana often relaxes on the couch with daddy when he gets home from work.

We'd all get more sleep if Diana slept with (on) us more often.

Lots of Visitors

Last week was busy.  On Thursday we went to lunch at Holy Names with aunt Becky and cousin Chloe.  Sean's students were very excited to see Diana.  On Friday we took Diana to the doctor to talk about her sleeping and feeding.  We were happy to find out that she gained weight.  She weighed 8 pounds 14.5 ounces.  Our weekend was filled with visitors:  cousins Barbara and Diana, Grandma Lynda and Grandpa Richard, and Uncle CJ.

This weekend we went out for the first time without Diana.  Grandma came over while we ran some errands and went to lunch at Red Mill.  Mom had a hard time leaving Diana.

Diana fell fast asleep and took a nap with Grandma

If only she slept this well in her crib

Danielle came for a short visit.  We went out for pizza and Diana was asleep for most of the evening.  She loves to sleep while we are out and about.

Diana loves bouncing on the ball.  It helps calm her.
